I was given a referral to take my vehicle to Precision Transmission, being told that they would take good care of me. And that they did! I am pleased with their professionalism and the time that they took working on my van. Additionally, they corrected a problem that my van did show signs of, with no charge. And to top things off, because my vehicle did not give a code nor did it present the problems I initially went in for, after working on it for two days, they did not charge me a diagnostic fee. I have been a ASE certified master technician for over 20 years so I know a good value when it comes to service. I had issues on 2 different vehicles. One from Europe that I wasn't sure I could even find parts for, and the other was my personal vehicle. In the case of the European transmission it was overhauled flawlessly and back in service in a matter of days and at a fair price I might add. In the case of my own personal issue. My transmission went out on my truck, dropped it off on Tuesday morning, Mr. Pat called me Wednesday morning with a few affordable options and my truck was ready to be picked up on Friday morning. I bought a 2013 Chevy Silverado that had a bad transmission due to flooding. Brought the truck to Percision Transmission and spoke with Mark. They rebuilt the transmission within four days. They were very easy to work with and did a great job would highly recommend them. Saved me headache again. The shuddering problem with my Pilot went away immediately after a routine servicing. I thought it was a problem with the variable cylinder electronic controls. I was assured by them it was mere lack of scheduled maintenance. They were correct. My first visit, I assumed my transmission was going out on my F-150 because of the history of that model.
