As a woman, bringing in a Lexus to be serviced; the employees and manager quickly put me at ease. For once, I did not feel I was being taken advantage of. All, from management to staff were professional and polite. The shop was almost spotless, very clean. Service was performed in a better than timely manner and it was done correct, the first time.
