My visit to PTE was more than I expected. The shop is clean and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt I was getting an honest opinion and the work was explained in a way I could understand, as I'm not a mechanic of any kind. The location of this shop is also a plus. For a shop to be that neat and clean leads me to believe that they will take care of my vehicle, because obviously they take pride in their work. I was given a referral to take my vehicle to Precision Transmission, being told that they would take good care of me. And that they did! I am pleased with their professionalism and the time that they took working on my van. Additionally, they corrected a problem that my van did show signs of, with no charge. And to top things off, because my vehicle did not give a code nor did it present the problems I initially went in for, after working on it for two days, they did not charge me a diagnostic fee.
