Brought my sons 2004 Ford F-150 with a slipping transmission to Precision on a Monday. Pat called my later that day with the option to rebuild or replace. I opted on the replace because of the warranty. The other two shops I received estimates from did not give me the option to rebuild. Plus Pat was about $ 400 less then the other shops. He got the transmission in on Wednesday and had me pick up the truck Thursday. The truck ran fine but over the weekend the truck overheated . I brought it back to Precision thinking it had something to do with the transmission. Pat checked it out and found it was just low on coolant. He added coolant and test drove it and had me pick it up to drive it and test it some more. Its running fine. Most shops would have told me the overheating was not their problem. I'm 78 years old and past working on trucks, Pat saved me some money on the transmission and the overheating. thanks Pat
